In his role at Wayout Solution Sdn Bhd, Ts. Amir Junaidi is tasked with monitoring all operational contracts and supplies to ensure alignment with the allocated budget and delivery of outstanding quality. He oversees company management, assisting directors across various divisions to achieve their targeted KPIs while playing a pivotal role in the organization’s strategic decision-making and operational excellence.
As Chief Operation Engineer at Arcane Industries, Ts. Amir Junaidi oversees supervisory controls of operations, procurement (Centre purchase), profit & loss management, and conducts regular risk and control meetings. His proactive approach includes ad-hoc process walkthroughs to detect potential risks early on. Notably, he’s responsible for supervising dealings with the Ministry of Defense Malaysia and other agencies in supplying tires and automotive parts.
In his role as Head of Unit at FELCRA Bekalan & Perkhidmatan Sdn Bhd, Ts. Amir Junaidi demonstrated exceptional leadership by supervising controls, procurement, and profit & loss management. He played a pivotal role in risk assessment and control, implementing new Standard Operating Procedures and checklists across six branches. Ts. Amir Junaidi was responsible for the service, maintenance, and insurance of both FELCRA Berhad’s fleet vehicles and external customer vehicles, totaling 3000 units.
During his tenure at Entegris (M) Sdn Bhd, Ts. Amir Junaidi gained valuable experience in Injection Molding Technology. He ensured minimal defects in production by collecting and analyzing production data, and conducted maintenance to minimize product defects.
Ts. Amir Junaidi’s leadership extends beyond his professional roles. He has served as President of the Malay Student Union Association (GPMS), National Exco of Gabungan Pelajar Melayu Semenanjung, and Head of Bureau for Community Service in Indonesia & Thailand. Noteworthy contributions include his role as Malaysia Youth Ambassador to Japan and his involvement in various volunteer programs such as MyCorps in Cambodia.
